Thank you for choosing Brass. We understand that returns or exchanges may be necessary, and we're committed to making the process as smooth as possible.
Incorrect Size or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that's the wrong size or has a defect, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery at brass.clothing@hotmail.com
Product Images:
Product images may vary slightly from the actual item due to lighting or screen settings. Therefore, if you're not satisfied due to these variations, the products cannot be returned/exchanged.
Sale Items:
Items purchased on sale are considered final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Refunds:
While we don't offer cash refunds, we may be able to provide a store credit for pre-paid orders where the item is out-of-stock, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect. However, please note that refunds for defective items will be processed after we receive the returned product.
For now, we do not have a Return/Exchange policy for international orders.
Size Exchange Policy:
If the size of the item you received doesn't match the size you ordered or is not in accordance with the size chart, please contact Brass within 15 days of delivery at brass.clothing@hotmail.com
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchange Process:
- Please contact our customer service team at brass.clothing@hotmail.com with your order details, reason for exchange, and photo evidence of the issue.
- Customer Service team of Brass will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we'll process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Exchange Timeline:
We strive to process all exchange requests within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may take up to 15 business days.
Order Cancellation:
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
